  • Service Delivery: To generate and edit images based on your requests.

  • Billing: To manage subscriptions and process payments.

  • Improvement: To monitor platform performance and fix technical bugs.

3. AI Training & Data Privacy

We believe in user-centric data sovereignty:

  • Model Training: By default, ImagoDraw does not use your private uploads or generated outputs to train our proprietary AI models. We only use anonymized, aggregated data for training if you explicitly « Opt-In » via your account settings.

  • Data Ephemerality: We offer « Private Mode » for pro users where uploaded images are deleted from our GPU cache immediately after processing.

 

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud) and payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

  • Legal Requirements: If required by law to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
