1. Ownership of Generated Content

• Output Ownership: ImagoDraw grants you the rights to the images generated by the AI through your account, including for commercial use (depending on your subscription tier).

• Platform License: By using ImagoDraw, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your generated content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to use the AI to generate:

• Sexually explicit or highly suggestive content.

• Realistic depictions of violence or self-harm.

• Deceptive content (Deepfakes) intended to mislead or harm public figures or individuals.

• Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.

3. Nature of AI Output

You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be unique; other users may generate similar results.

• The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or « truthfulness » of the visual representation.
